— As the globe sorrowfully shrinks and our differences increase in size, we seek

                        out a pattern of recognition, more wide-ranging than what our surroundings     can

                        offer. Vast networks of information pulse through deep-sea fiber-optic

                        connecting us all without hesitation. On this ocean of ideas, we follow the wave that

                        will carry our bodies and belongings to the end of time. The bubbling erosion that

                        dissolves our history of truth is what likewise functions as an agent for new
   
                        connections to be created. From this damned shipwreck, we throw our anchor

                        from the railing with a burning hope that something will attach to the depth and

                        present us with a focus and direction from where we will set sail next. —







                        Portals is a concept initiated by Salon 75, in Copenhagen Denmark, ranging across

                        Europe and cross-pollinating several similar platforms. From the summer of 2022

                        until the summer of 2023, Salon 75 has facilitated collaborations with the artist-run
       
                        galleries: Podium (Oslo), Berlinskej Model (Prague), GOMO (Vienna), The Balcony

                        (Haag), Heit (Berlin). Each venue partakes in presentations across each and others'

                        respective platforms.
